She has been a trusted professional loan officer for more than 30 years. Karen prides herself in educating and tailoring to customer's specific needs. She has had many years of experience in assisting first-time homebuyers with credit issues to help with increasing their credit scores, Rural Development Loans, the AHFA/Step Up Program and the City of Huntsville Down Payment Assistance Program.
